[CRASH] Game goes black screen and Can't see error code

Everytime I try tabing out of the game in load screen, my screen goes complete back. The only thing i can see is my cursor and i cant do anything. 5 mins later i hear the error code pop but i cant see nor click on it. This happens way to often and i losing my god damn lp :(
