[Gameplay] Occasional Input Lag Issues

Every once in a while, occasionally multiple times per game, I randomly start getting spikes of input lag. I can still use my mouse and move/click on things while this is happening but it takes up to 10 seconds for the game to receive my keyboard commands. I usually notice it first when I press tab to see the scoreboard and it doesn't go away for a short time after releasing tab. I tried closing all other applications currently running, that didn't work. I checked all if all drivers were updated, nothing. I even tried initiating a full repair via the clients settings (This caused the input lag spikes to occur less, but for longer periods of times). I am starting to suspect that it is my computers fault seeing that no one else on these forums reported having this issue.

I don't really know for sure whats causing this yet, it seems to just randomly happen.

**[PRESUMABLY RESOLVED] I am currently trying the “Disable Full Screen Optimizations” setting in the games properties | This seems to have worked although I have not played an actual game yet. My custom match was alright though.
