[CRASH] Loading screen stuck at 100% / 0%

Hello everybody.

Now i play league of legends alot, and im trying to hit gold before season end. But every once in a while, before game starts, im waiting for loading screen to end. It shows that everyone is on 100% so i expect the game to start any minute. it just gets stuck there for about 5 to 6 minutes or longer or until my team remakes. Its pretty annoying that i lose 16 lp and get 20 min penalties because of this.

In some cases its not showing 100%, but 0% for everyone. The result is always same tho. But when this happens, the bugsplat window appears.

The worst thing about this is that it ruins some of my promos, and you dont even know how long it takes for me to get 100lp.

If somebody reading this knows a way to prevent it from happening again, i would like to know it.

I've been having similar issues for almost a month now: stuck in loading screen, entering a game 20 to 40 seconds later, lots of bugsplats, but unfortunately i couldn't find a solution even by sending a ticket to player support. I hope they find a solution soon, at least now i know it's not just me... I also read some posts in the NA boards about this!

Same thing happening here, it really sucks I just want a fix for it so I don’t have to be afraid every time I’m in the loading screen.

fk u riot really! i got statck at 98% for many minutes, i lost my game and got banned for 20 minutes... its the 6th time i get banned cause of this and im really angry... i m thinking to stop this fking game cause i dont have fun in these days, we boosted teamates and full of bugs...

I still have the exact same problem, the ping stays at 0 for so long then it changes to my normal 50 ping, that little blue circle in the bottom right looks like is lagging, so then the games goes to 100% and still no game, after a while it says i got disconnected and then my team remake and i already lost 32 lp with this. i hope riot founds a way to solve this fast and at least give something in return of the lp loss, i mean they made a remake so no one lost anything

I keep getting this issue every couple of weeks for 2-3 days in a row. it's so irritating. it's the exact same thing for me in NA. que up for a game or ranked 5v5 get into loadings screen. get to 100% then after 5 minutes get disconnected and penalized. then play 5 games of arams or nexus blizt or norms then load in completely fine. i hate it so much and i've made board post of this before in the past but i never get any help or feed back from anyone especially anyone from riot. it's so annoying.

Same for me too wtf are they doing with the game .. if i get one more stuck and get leave buster for 4rd time 20 mins 5 games i m leaving this game to the moment they fix this bullshit .....

This issue is the same with me and my friend, same problem in oceania and I also get the AFK timers, it really tilts me alot, they've never mentioned a fix for this even tho so many players get this problem, rito plz nerf ur client and game.

Hello everyone! I had the exact same problem as described, and I eventually ended up contacting Riot Support about it. I received some useful advice pertaining to the issue itself:

  • I have been told that success "loading in" depends chiefly on around a 50/50 split between connectivity and hardware. It helps if you reduce the number of background processes running - I was personally told to uninstall two extremely active background programs (Hamachi and McAfee).

  • If you submit a support ticket about it, there's usually a live chat option. The queue time for that is quite short, and you get to chat with one of the player support staff. The person that helped me with the issue was extremely patient and competent.

  • I labeled the support ticket as a tech problem, not an account restriction issue. Even so, the person I contacted was kind enough to have my LeaverBuster low priority queue removed. If you talk to Riot about the problems that you are having, it will most definitely help. Riot will remain unaware of player issues if they aren't brought to light.

this has happened to me before but I thought it was just a fluke. It happened again to me today just a couple minutes ago and Leaver buster put me on the 5 minute low priority queue after my team remade :/

I hope we can get some info on this problem sometime.

League as been apart of my life for 3 years now and for the last 2 months and a half i've been having the same problem as you. Seriously considering leaving league cause mu schedule is tight and even more so if for 1 game i have to eait 20 minutes even if my team decides to ff at 15 so i wait more then i play and its just tilting me. Hope it gets fixed or i just wont be able to play this game i devoted a big part of my life for the sake of my mentality.

I still get this every once in a while, too, but I don't get a bugsplat. It usually crashes and returns to a RECONNECT button, I try to reconnect (even though I know it's too late), it says it can't reconnect, I cancel a retry, game is concluding on the launcher.

Same issues here, It's extremely tiring and I am tired getting punishments and losses for this reason. I just want to play the game really but instead I waste what feels like hours now trying to load into a game. Same problem as OP has.[sg-shisa]

I am done with this. first i got 5 min than 10 a now 20 min Leaver buster cause this riot cant fix it. And cause of this forum ik i am not only the one whos having that problem. I am fcking tired of it already i lost some promos on this problem like i join 5 min after and i think i know solution try to ¸ill do that every game of now step 1 start the game. step 2 when you join in loading screen with champs borders than leave with alt+windowskey+esc than 3 step close the running game join it again as fast as you can and start playing. I hope this will help if now just screw this game its not worth of raging.

I have this problem and i dont now how to fix this, im playing on hotspot and im not touching a thing on my phone and sometimes its help (messenger,instagram,) Its not abouth internet connection its fast my ms 60,70 constantly. Idk how to fix this its stuck at 100% its shows me 100% but its 0% at others and yesterday i got penalty cuz of this shit. Riot fix this shit!

6 months and the problem is still a thing.Hadn't had this problem in 2 months but it just came back and it's really annoying..I've been doing a lot of stuff from tutorials but nothing is a permanent fix.If it gets fixed just respond to my comment and let me know.
