still dont have my slay belle surprise icon [Gameplay]

Hey Riot: I played as Snowstorm Sivir and Earnest Elf Tristana (in that order) about a week ago and still dont have my icon. I dont know if I will be getting it when the showdown ends or if those skins dont count for the icon even though on the tracker i have a 100% on it. Please fix or tell me why i can't have it.
