Crashed and won’t let me back into the game

Okay so I’ve never done this, but since this is the first time this has ever happened and I really don’t want to get an AFK ban here it goes.

Basically, I loaded up the game and got into a match. Everything was normal and it wasn’t lagging. Then all of a sudden the screen froze, made a lot of noises and my laptop crashed. When I loaded up the game again, usually you get the option to return to the game. I am not getting that. I’ve opened and closed the launcher a few times and still nothing.

It’s allowing me to see the client and to do stuff, but I can’t join a game or rejoin the one I was in. Hell?
