[Gameplay] Kleptomancy bug

I have created a rune page with the Kleptomancy as one of the options and I noticed ingame that when I got the consumable to gain a free skill point it bugged out when I was level 18 and had the level up option but no points issued. This is one of the main reasons that they changed the reward of the Ancient Coin line, so I don't know why they brought back that potion

I reported this in PBE. I guess it was never addressed. I don't care about getting anything special as it is already a pretty big bonus to get a free skill point with a rune. The black boxes that don't go away is annoying though.
