[GAMEPLAY] Friend managed to spawn outside the fountain next to the nexus turrets at start of game.

So my friend managed to end up spawning into the game outside the fountain, next to the nexus turrets. You can see in the video he doesn't realise and is confused about why he cant access the shop. Never had this happen before so no idea if its repeatable or not.
