Why can we find trolls at level 30?

I really like playing League of Legends. The teamplay, the strategy, the skill... It has everything I love in a game. If you have four more friends to play with. I thought that trolls would dissapear in high levels, but I have been in 30 for a long while and I still have to spend 20 minutes wishing for their computer to blow up and burn their eyebrows before I am able to surrender and give them a beautiful report.

How can those guys reach that level? Trolls I mean. There is people that flame or that play badly, but I can understand that and you can solve it with a mute or a bit of help in certain lanes, we are TEAMS. But trolls? People that think that it is funny to ruin the fun to others? That cant be understood. Specially in a GAME.

I believe that the punishment for trolling should be as strong as possible. If you don't want to delete their accounts because every player gives money to the game, then punish them with a mark that only allows them to get to a "troll queue". I don0t mind waiting more for a game if I know that those people won't be in it.

I would love to read what others think about this.

Some people will say that some people would be punished unfairly: You just need ONE employee checking games:_ "1/21/8? Could be a troll. Got reported? Let's check the chat of the game and clips of it."_ If you do random checks with BIG PUNISHMENTS, it will stop by itself and you will have a better community.

Best, A player that only wants to have fun.

PD: This is WAY WORSE than a bug, Riot.

30 isn't a high level, everything pre-30 is a tutorial

get to about gold level mmr and you will see far fewer trolls

The think is, you can't really do this in my opinion. Most of the people don't go to the game with "I'm gonna troll this game." They'll start trolling after they fail at the lane (at least from my experience)
