Cant remove friends because Friends list is full

Im trying to remove people that I sent a request to, so I can clear it up, but when I remove people it will just say My friends list is full.

To do it, just remove people that you sent a request to but is still pending, after a few times (10-20) it will start showing up saying friends list is maxed
