TICKET #30677221. Hi, I recently got permanently banned as my first ever punishment which is still to be determined because I believe I did nothing wrong. The reason I typing this is because I got no email saying what i did, however when I try to log on it says an email was sent with details on the ban. So I submitted a ticket but yet to receive a response. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

So good news and bad news. Good news is your account is safe and you can continue using it. Bad news is you need to contact riot support to resolve the problem with your account.
