TICKET #30677221. Hi, I recently got permanently banned as my first ever punishment which is still to be determined because I believe I did nothing wrong. The reason I typing this is because I got no email saying what i did, however when I try to log on it says an email was sent with details on the ban. So I submitted a ticket but yet to receive a response. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I originally thought that too. It isn't offensive or directed at anyone. "Black dog" and "nero dog" were taken so this was my only option.
Does it say perma banned or suspended?
Does the card supply any additional info?
