Client Gets Me Again GG

So as usual i try to play ranked today but of course, the game loads up and works fine for two games, then it decides to refuse to connect to the game. "Game Crashed click to reconnect" Refuses to let me in game, of course i restart and relog now all of the sudden "error cannot connect to server"

Yet twich is running fine in the back ground and skype and everything else. So i finally get to connect back to the game after being behind 12 minutes, I get 4 man reported and then reported by the enemyteam when your stupid fucking client is having issues? Ok Riot.

On top of it, every single time i login in to league, it freezes my entire computer for 30 seconds which started with your 5.10 patch, a new patch later stil lisnt fixed?
