[GAMEPLAY] Thresh and Jarvan 4

Just played a ranked game and whenever I hooked Jarvan 4 it felt like he QSS'd, but he didn't have any items that would have let him clear my hook. I would land hook and once it completely just disappeared when I hit him. The second time I noticed it I hit hook, but he was immediately able to do autos and I wasn't able to pull myself to him for about a second.

Steps to recreate:

1. Pick J4 and Thresh
2. Hook J4
