RAMMUS BUG

So when playing , potentially only with the Full Metal skin, whenever i use my Q Powerball, a streak of VERY obvious silver goes across my screen. I am pretty certain it happens only with jungle creeps. It isn't really gameplay ruining, but it makes it hard to see whats going on for a little bit and can be distracting. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE HAD THIS!
