Riot client

I am not sure if its my internet or what but the client is bugging out. I open the client press play and chose what ever map it does not matter, i pick my lanes if its draft and just press find match, nothing happends after i press it it just buggs i cant do anything and i have to restart the client. After i do that i can press find match and start looking for a game when i finally find a game i press accept and nothing again, nothing happends it just puts me back in the que i waited over 5 min for a game and nothing it just keeps doing that.
