New Champion Select Bug

When I was choosing the champion I wanted to play (in the first 35 seconds), It made a low toned ticking noise and in red letters said "failure to ban a champion will result in a dodge".. but I wasn't even banning. nothing else happened after and the champ select carried on as usual.

^ I dodged the previous champ select while banning, maybe that's what caused it?
