keeps happening and i tried everything

i keep getting the master error message since the new patch came up, i have tried it all re-instaling, fixing, turning off my firewall, deleting my antivirus, changing my dns, and runing it as admin and still have the same issue where i want to go into the game and when i go in and wait fora minute the master error pops up and does not let me do anihing else, its not my conection because eben tho the master error message is up i still can recive mesages from other people. Please help
