[GAMEPLAY] Jhin W marker stacking ontop of a fiora, stays even if not marked.

Take a look at the Fiora in the picture attached. I've encountered this bug a lot. I've only ever seen it on one person at a time in each game, though.

The mark persists when the champion is not even marked, so it effects a lot of gameplay because I could waste my W as Jhin thinking she was marked. I'm not sure how to replicate, but it's happened more than once. The mark also stacks, making it a bright yellow mark the whole game.
