NOT getting level 6 mastery tokens bug

Happened twice now, once with Ezreal and now with Rengar, would hit level 5 after a game and then in the same game it would say I earned a level 6 mastery token but when i go to my loot and crafting inventory both of the tokens do not show up there.

I don't know if this fits in the same post but I have level 6 on varus and just earned an S- in a game but did not receive a token for level 7. I am still looking through the boards to find out more but wanted to leave this here to see if they were related at all
