[CRASH] Lancher Crashes for 4.18 Mac

Hello, Riot and e-world!

Ever since the 4.18 patch, whenever I tried to start the game it said it was downloading files but before it could finish, it crashed, saying "LoL Patcher quit unexpectedly." I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but I came across the same problem, whenever I start the game it goes to downloading the game and before it can finish, it crashes.

I have a Mac 10.9

Let me know if you need more information.

I've tried about 15 times and it always crashes, any advice on what to try next or information that Riot is aware of the problem would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry bud, but you're getting off lucky. Right now the Mac client is ruined, crashed 3-5 times per game for some people, and Riot isn't making much of an effort to fix their mistake. I don't mean to sound snooty, but you are honestly better off waiting a week or so more for the next patch, to see if Riot fixes it or not. I can only imagine that if you can't even launch the game, you are gonna have the absolute worst time once it does launch correctly...

Go to settings>network and then choose your adapter for example your wifi>advanced>DNS>Click the + sign and put in 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and apply it.

I hope this works because it works on mine
