[CRASH] Black screen!!! After 4.19 patch

After pach 4.19 I can't get into the game. At 4.18 it worked perfectly and no ot just doesn't. After champion select I get black screen and I do not use that alt+tab combination. Riot please help I really want to play as soon as possible.... Maybe someone can help me? I've tryed almost everyting and nothing....
