grasp of the undying bug

there is a bug, that when playing a champion with grasp of the undying ( i was playing volibear , might be different with other champs. but i doubt it). But to the main point, if a enemy Warwick smell you with his e giving himself the buff. you as the player with undying grasp will keep on refreshing the stacks.

if you have 4 stacks and below half like and a enemy ww can smell, it will keep on refreshing as if you wee in combat. regardless if your in combat or not.
