Rune Pages being deleted and game never launching

OKAY.... I have been nice... I have made bug submissions dating back to may about problems I'm having with the client and NOTHING is being done. There has been ZERO communication and the bugs just keep happening. Almost every other day at random times I will be playing league and then bam I start my next game and ALLL OF MY RUNE PAGES ARE DELETED so after going through champion select and picking my champion I have like 20 seconds to build an entire rune page tailored to the champion Im playing, and this is also annoying because of all the stupid little screens that you make people go through when "creating" a rune page. so I have been losing games because of this and then even if I get through champion select and have my rune pages set.... Once i finish champion select and the game starts to launch something happens and it never opens. forcing me to log out of my user profile on the computer and reload everything to get the game to start. typically putting me two levels behind every game. This shits for the birds riot. get it together and man up and answer me.
