Ultimate Hat and Ghost Poro Rune Bugs [Gameplay]

On Ivern, controlling Daisy by pressing "R" stacks the Ultimate Hat rune. Also,after Ivern Bushes disappear, the Ghost Poro remains there and and can't be killed.

Huh first one is weird since ahri and annie bot only get one stack per ultimate activation, second one i've seen quite a bit.
