League Game Crashing Before It Starts

i am having same problem too it always crashes 3 4 times before i finally log in!

I had my game crash pre-loading screen, then the skin I had selected (which w/e teambuilder doesn't work with any skins) had been taken off and my ping was around 300+ even though the speed test said I have 50mbps down and 25mbps up which should be, plenty. No blood moon Elise skin that game Q.Q
