8.11 Patch Notes - Graves “R”

In the 8.11 patch notes, for Graves, it states “R cooldown decreased at early ranks,” but the numbers shows that it should say “R cooldown increased at early ranks.” Just a little mistype in the patch notes, thought I should inform :P
