Not sure if it is a bug or intended. The "Riposte" tool tip says Fiora will block all incoming damage but it cannot block the damage from an enemy turret. I found it out in a custom game. Haven't tried normal or ranked games, but I assume it will be the same.

Giandiul1 votesWindwall blocks projectiles. Riposte parries all damage. I think the better comparison should be Kayle's ultimate. Anyway, there is a discrepancy between tooltip and actual gameplay. That's all I'm saying. If Riot don't want it to block turret shots, they should list it in the tooltip. Plus, she can only parry one shot max. It is not as gamebreakinig as Yasuo's windwall, which could potentially block 3 or 4 shots.

Nic Cage1 votesWhen an ability blocks/reduces incoming damage but does not include turret hits, the tooltip for the ability will generally mention it. For instance, Maokai's ult specifies that he takes reduced damage from non-turret sources, in order to be very clear about what his ult can and cannot do. This might not be important for you or me, but if someone is picking up a champion for the first time (or if they're new to the game), the tooltip should be as clear as possible. Simply saying "damage" implies all damage, not "damage from everything except for this specific instance".

Isaa Kurayami1 votesI found this out myself, attempted to tower dive, wagering about 50/50 it would work. Didn't, got the kill though. I think it's intended this way though, it just blocks all non-turret things that would affect you. In fact, as I discovered, if your timing is like... reallly god tier, or you just get lucky, you can Riposte an opposing Fiora's Ult and not have any of your Vitals Revealed from it.
