Fiddlesticks spells don't go on cooldown after using ult or combo'ing them

I repported this issue 2 times already, and I'm still seeing people complaining in Oce and US forums about this, but the issue is still here, and still baiting many of our fellow Fiddlesticks to death.

Our spells just don't go on cooldown when we use them shortly after ultimate and/or shortly at all. (E+Q+W)

So what is happening ? The spell is casted, but the icon will remains like the spell is avaiable and therefor, even 5sec+ later, you cannot know if you have them or not as you don't remember exactly when you did cast them and what is their CD...

This issue happend with both Q and E spell, I didn't have the issue with W or R.

Reproduce it ? Get vision on an ennemy, ultimate on him and meanwhile the cast of your ultimate, press Q on him, it will fear him when your ult cast is done, but feat wont go on cooldown.

Also happend if you do the combo EQW as said above.

Please fix this July issue... We are soon in pre-season, and still not fixed.

Can't count how many time this issue baited me to thinking I have my fear or crows re-up.
