Dear Riot, In my last game i played as Thresh. When I ulted, an enemy ashe walked right through it and it DID NOT apply its damage. She did not have any shield, wasn't attacking anyone (for a potential lifesteal) and she used her heal right after.

The damage wouldn't help me in that situation, but it could ruin someone's team fight and therefore lose his game. Thank you and I hope you will fix this issue soon :)
