Runes bug

Tried to set my runes while going into a match. the runes page showed up behind the rest of the client so i couldn't change runes, had to dodge. Was penalized because i didn't want to go into game with the wrong setup.

Same thing has been happening to me every game. I was in solo/duo champ select, and after clicking the runes button could no longer interact with anything in the client. Tried restarting the client but it just caused me to dodge. Very frustrating because there is absolutely nothing I can do.
