Strangest error page trying to edit runes in Champ Select

Yeah... weird. Wasn't expecting to see this apparently random filler text trying to edit my runes? Tried to close and reopen several times, unfortunately had to play Ziggs with Celestial Body in an ARAM.
Playing on a Retina 13 inch MacBook Pro from 2015 on High Sierra.
