Can I get my penalty for "doing nothing" lifted? Riot pls

I had already 2 non-intentional "leave" games which were all my fault. However, this third game that got me the penalty shouldn't have counted as a leave. During my game, I had a firewall glitch where the firewall didn't allow me to enter the game. After around 3 minutes, I finally decided to shut down the fire wall temporarily which allowed me to play the game without a problem. But for some reason, even as i made sure I didn't disconnect throughout the game, I got a penalty for leaving the game completely. I got confused and thought it was a server glitch so I decided to make a thread to report the problem. Later, i realized how to fix the problem - by going through the firewall settings and manually unblocking the program, which, for some reason, I couldn't figure out how to do it during the game.

Long-story-short, I was penalized for leaving but I only left for 3 minutes and came back for the whole game. I'm asking rioters if they can lift the penalty since I surely didn't leave at all.
