two bugs actually.

  1. i was playing as mf and a sejuani we both were hearing spanish emotes sometimes and english the others. I know it's not a major bug but it was weird.
  2. i also have used the undo button in the item menu and it would undo the amount of health or mana i have received for the fountain.

I've seen the same thing with health and mana. I haven't had any Spanish emotes though. I just assumed they'd added the health/mana undo as a minor "penalty" for using the undo. It isn't a major bother, but it can cost extra seconds, which add up if you're bad about misclicking.
