Sorry unable to start game/20 minute queues

**Dear Riot ** so recently i received a 20 minute ban i accepted that i was being punished for AFK in game but when i started a queue up and waited couple minutes later it says 8 minutes left but the queue timer (the red timer) says 21 minutes then i thought u gave me a 30 minute queue but when the timer ended it froze so I'm so confused and restart the queue once again next u thing u know it...... it happens again so i restart league and it finally does it but please can u fix that bug riot also once I'm in game and in champ select as soon as the game starts its says sorry game unable to start like wtf i got so fed up with that after waiting 2 hours of queues please riot as a favour could u please take off my queues
