[Client]? Champion Capsules Not Appearing in My Loot

When I leveled up, from 42 to 43, I didn't get my champion capsule, and I didn't notice then, this has happened a couple of times after that, but I just noticed right now when I leveled up from 61 to 62. Please help I did what the support discussion said about it but it does not work!
