Use tumble on vayne with or without a skin, I think it's certain ones that make her invisible as in you cannot see where she tumbles to. Kinda hard to land any abilities properly.
It's like a Master Yi's Q where he becomes untargetable...but worse.
and it's being abused again in ranked.

I highlighted the part you clearly don't understand. And in case you don't: invisibility during Tumble Tumble grants invisibility for 1 second
