[GAMEPLAY] Fiora immoble bug

Recently I've started playing Fiora. Over the past two games with her, I have been unable to move at random points throughout the game(not in every instance, just rarely. Still affects gameplay negatively) not able to use skill either. I'm not exactly sure what causes this bug but I do know that items do not affect this issue. If you review my game chat logs with fiora you will see that I report this issue to my teammates on multiple occasions. Please resolve this issue soon and keep up the good work :D

(UPDATE) I have discovered that this issue is not exclusively associated with Fiora, also on Pantheon.
