GAMEPLAY

I was playing Viktor in ranked about 5 minutes ago and I obviously realized something... I couldn't upgrade my ultimate [R] for some weird reason. Every level after 6 I kept trying again to see if it would let me put a point into it but I just couldn't which caused me a huge disadvantage and I lost the game. Please fix this bug! Please!!!
