Legends of Runeterra Targeting Bug

My board-state consisted of Ezreal, Ashe, and Omen Hawk(in that order) while opponent's board was Braum, Starlit Seer, and Shadow Assassin.

In this state I couldn't target either the Starlit Seer or the Shadow Assassin with a 2 mana Thermogenic Beam.

In hand was also a Mystic Shot, Counterfeit Copies, and Rummage.

No champions had leveled up.
