[CLIENT] Dragon Buff Counter Bug in Spectator

When I went to spectate my friend playing I saw that the dragon counter said on both teams "0". I looked at their dragon buffs and saw that both teams had killed at least once a Dragon and taken its individual buff. I have added a link with the photo that shows the bug taking place. I believe that if you want to reproduce the issue just simply join a game as a spectator. Any comments are appreciated.
