the request body did not contain a item_id field

I have scanned all files in riot folder everything checks out every time i try to use IP to purchase a champs or items like runes it just says this

"the request body did not contain a item_id field"

also when i try to buy some RP doesn't do anything either just says on same screen either choosing credit card or pay pal..

any thought to this?
