Quick Cast All Bug

When I am playing by using default quick cast all setting (restore all and choose quick cast), it has an indicator when I press the key, I am not HOLDING IT! I know what it should looks like, when I click one key, the spell would cast instantly to the direction as my mouse locate, but now, the indicator will appear as I click the key and target spells (like eve'E) will not cast instantly. However, when I do the same setting in my smurf account, it will display as usual, spells release instantly. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? [zombie-brand-facepalm]
