Leaverbuster

So I had recently joined a queue and was unable to participate for the first 15 minutes about which I felt pretty bad, but it was beyond my control. When I joined (nunu jungle), I saw that thankfully my team were competent and had managed to stay even with the other team and we went on to win the match. Anyways, the "leaverbuster" is punishing me by placing me in what it calls a "lower priority queue" for the next five matches. I just don't understand why it's described in that way when it really is just making you wait five minutes before being placed in a queue. That's not a lower priority queue, that's just not allowing you to join a queue. Not a big issue, but I thought they would just make me queue with all b5's or against all higher ranks or something. Misleading name, and inaccurate.
