[GamePlay] Camera Panning Freezes Game

What happens?

The game runs fine. I get about 200 or more FPS. Great! However, whenever I pan the camera the entire game completely freezes until the camera stops again. Once the camera stops, everything picks right back up again.

I have attempted to both repair the install and completely reinstall the game. Neither have solved the problem.

This is happening all the time, on every map.

How do I fix this so I can actually play the game?
