Singed Bug?
When singed goes out of vision, whether into the fog of war, into a bush, etc., his poison clouds disappear as well.

This is not a bug, it is a game mechanic which is the same for all champions. If Nunu goes in a bush and ults no one can see it charging. If Sion uses Q no one can see it charging. If Taric's E is active you can't see it in the bush.
It could be changed if Riot wanted to but it isn't a glitch. Something I can see happening is for Singed and the poison to be revealed if it is damaging something like if someone uses an auto attack from a bush and is revealed.
