Bug on frozen irelia's ult CD

Hi,

i was playing frozen irelia in one for all yesterday,

i feel like i got my ult a bit too often, so i checked the replay,

in the attached file you can look at the CD on the ultimate that literaly drop off,

it look like that the Q CD refresh refresh the CD of the ultimate,

i looked the other irelia ult CD and it seem that they don't have it , so i suppose it's a bug from the skin.
