"Mode Not Supported"

I'm unable to play league, because of a sudden issue that causes my screen to go black with a message that says "Mode Not Supported". However, I can still hear the game sfx, which tells me there's some kind of problem with the game's resolution.

It has to be a problem with the game, because I've not changed my resolution, and the game worked fine yesterday.

I fiddled around with the width and height numbers a bit, as suggested by several posts I've seen online, I've also deleted the file entirely and joined a game as one of Riot's software engineers recommended on one of the older posts I've seen.

I'm using an insignia television in place of a real monitor, but there has been no change it it or it's settings in the past year, this black screen problem is sudden, and annoying.
