No Level 7 Mastery Token for an S in a Ranked Solo/Duo game (Client?)

So I have level 6 Udyr. I received a Level 7 Mastery token for an S+ game a few days ago, and just completed a Ranked Solo/Duo queue game with a final rank of S on Udyr. It is the most recent game in my match history as of typing this. I noticed that I didn't get an alert granting me a Level 7 token so I assumed I must have graded an S-, however on checking the match history it clearly states I was graded with an S rank, however I still only have 1 mastery token. This is the first game I have played since the newest update so I'm assuming that this is the cause.
