Client Bug or something (i am not sure) PLS HELP!

Hi! I have really bad problem.... i got a new laptop 3 days ago and i installed the game and start to play and something happened... After every game i play i need to close the game from the task manager and log in again... i can't describe exactly what is happening, but it's really annoying :X Can you guys help me with this issue? My laptop is Lenovo Y520 Intel Core i5-7300HQ (6M Cache, 2.50GHz up to 3.50GHz) RAM: 8GB PC4-17000 2400MHz NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2GB DGDDR5 HDD- 1 TB 5400rpm I will put pictures so you can see what is happening... So the first picture shows what is happening right when i finish a game. The second picture shows what is happening when i try to close the game- Well nothing! I can't even press anything with the mouse and i even don't see the honor screen i only see this. And the third one shows that i can only close the game from the task manager, but then i have to log in again and so on and so on every single time when i finish a game...
