[GAMEPLAY]Fiora q bug -unable to use summoner spells
On Fiora, if slowed during lunge, Fiora's model will be stuck in lunge position, move at half speed and be unable to use summoner spells.

- While lunging, enemy uses a slow on fiora.
This bug has affected me 4 times during different games. 2 of those times it has been a darius cripple that has slowed me, and all 4 times i have had tiamat. The bug randomly fixes itself after 20 seconds to a minute.
