I noticed that after buying the Elderwood Nocturne Chroma bundle, that the Colors don't quite add up, the In game Vs preview pictures aren't the same, the color of the flame on his head for all of them is purple but they're supposed to match his blades. I'm trying to get in touch with the Skins Team to get this fixed please. Below is a link to Imgur of proof.

A month after the skin came out in August I sent a ticket and received a cookie cutter response saying "they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix" which is loads of bullshit. Everyone in the Nocturne community knows about this. I've even made a boards post about it after I was told it usually is considered low priority and takes a month or so before its fixed.
That's an absolute joke, considering more popular skins such as TD ekko received skin changes because people didn't like his hair.
The reason its not fixed yet is because they already made their money and aren't making enough money to warrant a fix. Its pretty much a scam, but its been almost 6 months now and they don't seem to care.
